Perfection Web Designs' mission is to provide clients with professional websites at affordable and competitive prices.

We base our pricing structure on the amount of time it takes to complete the project. Depending on your company's need, this could range from 10 hours to 100 hours.

Before we price a project, we will meet with you to determine exactly what you need for your company. From there we estimate the time and effort it will take to complete your project. We will then send you a customized quote, and will begin development when the proposal is accepted.

We normally base payment on percentage complete. We require 25% payment up front. Upon an agreed upon 50% completion of the website, another 25% of the final payment is due. When the website is complete and turned live, the remaining balance is due.

For website design, although we can handle the domain name registration and domain hosting, charges for these items are separate from our charges. This is because, even though, we recommend certain companies based on past projects, we are not affiliated in any way with those 3rd party providers. Domain Name registration can be up to $30.00 per year, and Domain Hosting fees can range around $15.00 per month.
